Why use Caregiver Connections? 

l        Mandy Semenik, M.S., LPC, an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, will come to your home-based childcare or childcare center to:

       Answer your questions about a wide variety of social, emotional, behavioral, and developmental topics regarding the children in your care who are ages 0-5 years-old.

       Work with you to serve children who may be at risk of being asked to leave your facility.

       Provide professional trainings on childcare subjects of your choice, including how to handle biting.

l        It is FREE for you to use this program.*

  How will Mandy Semenik help you? 

  • By coming to your childcare facility at a time that works for you.

  • By listening to your concerns.

  • By observing classrooms or individual children, discussing observations with you, and returning as needed for follow-up meetings.

  •  By providing trainings on topics of your choice.

  •  By meeting with directors and teachers to discuss frustrations.

  •  By meeting with parents.

  •  By facilitating referrals to appropriate services.
