or friends? Has anger endangered your safety while
driving? Do you find yourself in awkward situations
due to growing resentment toward co-workers? Are you
concerned that you’ve been too out-spoken with your
anger or not assertive enough? If you’ve answered
yes to any of these questions, stop saying you can’t
help yourself and start saying,
“I - C.A.N!”
I-C.A.N. (I Control Anger Now) is an
adult anger management workshop. It is open to
individuals who are self-motivated and self-referring.
The six-session workshop focuses on identifying anger
triggers, tools to appropriately manage anger, and plans
for effective responses to recurrent anger.
This program begins
Monday, March 15, 2010 and runs through April 19, 2010,
from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
The fee for the program is $200 for
the entire six sessions.
Fee reductions are available based on
need.
