I-C.A.N. (I Control Anger Now) is an adult anger management workshop. It is open to individuals who are self-motivated and self-referring. The six-session workshop focuses on identifying anger triggers, tools to appropriately manage anger, and plans for effective responses to recurrent anger.

Pre-registration is required.

6 Mondays beginning September 12, 2011

7:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Fee reductions are available based on need.
