Experienced behavioral health
professional to provide EAP account
management services and short term
counseling in support of its EAP
program. Demonstrated experience in
providing substance abuse assessments;
management consultation; training; and
internal organizational support of an EAP
program.
Minimum of 2
years post-masters work in counseling field
and Illinois licensure in social work,
counseling, or other related field; CEAP
certification is a plus.

Rehabilitation Worker - Part-Time Hourly |
|
Working as part of the clinical
team, the Social Rehabilitation Worker
provides on-site and/or in-home family
support services and rehabilitative
stabilization services to severely
emotionally disturbed children/adolescents,
including providing supervision, recreation,
education, behavioral modification and any
other therapeutic activity as indicated by
client's therapist and described in the
client's Individual Treatment
Plan.
A
high school diploma and experience working
with severely emotionally disturbed children
