MINDFUL EMOTIONS GROUP
| What: |
Mindful Emotions is a cognitive,
behavioral, solutions focused group. The overall goal is to create an
enhanced sense of emotional balance, self-esteem
and a strong inner core. Girls will work on strengthening
their skills for positive feeling expression,
communication, problem solving and other healthy coping strategies. |
