| What: |
Superstars is a social skills
group for children. Topics covered include:
making new friends, developing empathy, enhancing
self-esteem, communication skills, problem solving
(teasing, bullying and bossiness), and coping with
transitions. Use of experiential learning,
play, and cognitive-behavioral techniques
included. |

| Who: |
Children in grades K-5 who have
moved a lot, have difficulty making or keeping
friends, are bossy and controlling with their
peers, have difficulty communicating with others,
or anyone who could benefit from improving the
quality of their friendships. |

Fall Group: Thursdays, from 4:00 -
5:00 p.m., September 18, 2008 through November 20,
2008
