Women's Enrichment Group

TriCity Family Services provides this group program for women 18 years of age and older who are interested in pursuing goals of self-development and personal growth while gaining the support of their peers.  

By combining group support, feedback and education, women will strengthen their skills in areas such as:

• Assertiveness and self-esteem
• Limit-setting and self-control
• Conflict Resolution
• Self-care and self-reliance
• Stress management
• Self-confidence to pursue goals

The Women's Enrichment Group is a psychoeducational, support group facilitated by a masters-level therapist and a masters-level intern.  The program  consists of 8 weekly consecutive sessions which meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. 

The cost to participate in this program is $120.00.  Participants may pay $15.00 per session or a 10% discount is available to participants who pay for the total cost of the program up front.

Group members are asked to make a commitment to attendance for the duration of the program.

A phone interview with the group leader is required before attending the group session. 

The Winter/Spring program will begin on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. and run through May 5, 2010.

The Fall 2010 program will begin Wednesday, September 22, 2010.  Please call for details and to be added to the Fall program contact list.
