Superstars is a social skills group for children
entering Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Topics covered include: Making new friends, developing
empathy, enhancing self-esteem, communication skills,
problem solving (teasing, bullying and bossiness), and
coping with transitions. Use of experiential
learning, play, and cognitive-behavioral techniques
included.
WOMEN'S ENRICHMENT
This group program is for women 18 years of age and
older who are interested in pursuing goals of
self-development and personal growth while gaining the
support of their peers. By combining group
support, feedback and education, women will strengthen
their skills in areas such as assertiveness and
self-esteem, limit setting, and self-control, conflict
resolution, self-care, self-reliance and stress
management.
