In the interest of keeping you informed of the Agency's
continuing quality improvement efforts, we are pleased
to provide you with the following results from Client
Satisfaction Surveys returned between July 1, 2009 and
December 31, 2009:
Initial Survey Results:
Overall Satisfaction - 97.2%
Comments:
- "We spoke to several other psychologists
in the last two years, and Gail is the only one who
has outlined the problems and proposed a treatment
plan. I'm hoping and praying that she can help
our family."
- "She looks at me when I'm talking and I
know that she is listening."
- "Things have only gotten better."
Interim Survey Results:
Overall Satisfaction - 92.5%
- 90.9% feel that the receptionists and the
business office staff are always courteous.
- 100% feel their experience with TriCity Family
Services is positive.
EAP Survey Results:
Comments:
- "My counselor informed herself about my
medical condition which was a big help. She
was able to understand some of the things I was
going thru."
- "Linda is amazing and has made a huge
difference in my life."
- "My counselor presented my situation in a
different light, made me see things differently and
gave me tools to help work it out."
