As a nonprofit provider, TriCity Family Services offers mental health services at reduced, sliding-scale rates to those who qualify. In order to do this, we hold special events throughout the year to raise money and awareness. We are always looking for volunteers, attendees and donors to support these wonderful events:
28th Annual Gala — April
Experience an elegant evening featuring a seated dinner, entertainment, extensive silent auction, an exciting live auction, raffles and the presentation of the Golden Heart Awards for long-standing and meritorious philanthropic support of TriCity Family Services.

Mental Health Awareness Month — May
Taking a screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.
Mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety, are real, common and treatable. And recovery is possible. But not all of us think enough about our mental health.

Lobster Fly-in — June
Held Father’s Day weekend, this fundraiser has become a tradition for many loyal customers who plan lobster parties each year around this event. Young and old alike enjoy stopping by the Old Geneva Courthouse to pick up their live or freshly steamed lobsters. Steaming is done right on-site with an antique steam engine, and all lobster orders include bibs, preparation instructions and recipes for tantalizing dipping sauces. Shrimp, beef filets, bread and Kimmer’s Ice Cream can also be ordered.
