As a nonprofit provider, TriCity Family Services offers mental health services at reduced, sliding-scale rates to those who qualify. In order to do this, we hold special events throughout the year to raise money and awareness. We are always looking for volunteers, attendees and donors to support these wonderful events:
Fashion Show: Thursday, September 25, 2018 at Club Arcada Speakeasy (St. Charles)
William D. Barth Award Dinner: Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Riverside Receptions (Geneva)
Established in 1985, the William D. Barth Award recognizes one individual who has made a significant and positive impact, through community service, on the Central Kane County area. The William D. Barth Award Dinner features a buffet dinner and cash bar. There is no cost to attend, although donations are appreciated.

Snowflake Shuffle: Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Gunnar Anderson Forest Preserve (Geneva)
The Snowflake Shuffle is a holiday-inspired, chip-timed 5K Run and Walk that raises money and awareness for TriCity Family Services. This year’s race marks its 10-year anniversary and will take place in a NEW LOCATION, Gunnar Anderson Forest Preserve, Geneva, with an awards ceremony immediately following. All ages are welcome! Participation medals for all!
Trivia Night: Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Batavia Moose Lodge (Batavia)
Trivia Night returns!!! Hosted by Danielle Tufano (95.9 The River), a night of friendly competition will deliver a fun start to the new year. Get a table of friends together, bring a fun team name and theme, and gather together in the name of trivia. Bring your own food. Cash bar provided.
Annual Gala: Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Pheasant Run Resort (St. Charles)
You are cordially invited to experience this annual event that includes dinner, live entertainment, extensive silent auction items, live auction, raffles and more. Plus, witness the presentation of the Golden Heart Awards for long-standing and meritorious philanthropic support of TriCity Family Services. This year’s theme: Walk of Fame Gala … a nod to old Hollywood.

Mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety, are real, common and treatable. And recovery is possible. But not all of us think enough about our mental health.
