Celina joined TCFS in 2015 after providing years of individual, family, and group therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has extensive experience working with chronically mentally ill and dually-diagnosed clients, as well as chemically-dependent individuals and their families. She has also provided therapy with the Family Systems Program and as a crisis counselor.
She enjoys working with people in general, especially group and family therapy, and is expanding her practice to include teenagers and seniors. She is also one of TCFS’s bilingual therapists.
Celina started providing counseling early in her life by supporting friends who would trust her with their personal problems. Choosing counseling as a professional career became the next logical step.
She is the oldest of six children and has been married for 25 years. She has an adult daughter and a young grandson.
