Kathy has worked in the behavioral health field since 1991, and has spent more than 21 years providing workplace consultation, coaching, education, and training to organizations that want to increase workplace effectiveness, achieve optimal employee performance, and encourage employee wellness.
Kathy previously worked as an EAP Account Manager at Plan 21, Inc. in St. Louis; an EAP Counselor at Perspectives, Ltd. in Chicago; and as Senior Account Manager and Clinical Supervisor at Workplace Solutions, LLC in Chicago.
As Senior EAP Consultant at TCFS, she focuses on impacting local workplace organizations through interactive and engaging training sessions; strategic consultations with managers, supervisors, and human resource leadership; and onsite workplace interventions and support, such as mediation, team-building, critical incident debriefing, and reduction-in-force support.
Kathy’s passion is centered on empowering workplaces to recognize, develop, and use their strengths to their fullest potential in order to reach and maintain peak organizational performance. Although most of her time is spent assisting organizations, Kathy is fluent in Polish and also enjoys working clinically with clients experiencing the unique challenges of being first-generation Americans.
Kathy received Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and English from Indiana University, and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and specialization in Family Therapy from Washington University in St Louis. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
