WorkLife is a telephonic and web based consultation, research and referral service that provides support for everything from dependent care to pet care to wellness resources.  This comprehensive service provides employees with several access options: telephone, on-line instant messaging and on-line assisted search.  Consultants are on hand 24 hours a day to answer questions, provide confirmed referrals for childcare, adoption, education, elder care, wellness and everyday life issues.

  • National Coverage – Utilizes a network of attorneys to provide local as well as telephonic coverage across the United States.  
  • Advice – Unlimited, immediate, free telephonic legal advice with an experienced private practice attorney from the caller’s home state.  
  •  Referrals – In-person legal representation; employees receive a free half-hour consultation and lawyers agree to discount their fees by 25% if additional assistance is required.  
  • Identification Recovery – up to 30-minute consultation with an identity theft recovery professional; 25% off total resolution service in which staff restore the stolen identity on the individual’s behalf.

  •   Toll free information line – Financial counselors can address questions on all manner of financial management, including debt reduction, home buying, budgeting, foreclosure prevention, bankruptcy prevention.
  • Financial Counseling – Certified Consumer Credit Counselors provide hour-long confidential counseling sessions.  
  • Debt Management Plan – Work with creditors to provide repayment plans for unsecured debt.  
  • Bankruptcy prevention – specialists ensure consumers understand the ramifications of bankruptcy filing and help them determine other options.

  • Credit Report Review – Credit reports and scores are provided to employee for $10 per report. 
  •  Housing Education – Counselors assist consumers in preparing for a home purchase, or options around keeping the home in case of financial distress.  
  • Educational Materials – There are lots of educational materials available both on-line or in hardcopy; in English and Spanish.  
  • Access to Certified Financial Planners - who are able to answer general questions about planning and long-term goal setting.
