Hannah Kramer, MSW, LSW

Hannah joined TriCity Family Services in 2014. She was previously an intern at Presence Health, where she conducted social histories and assessments with newly admitted clients and their families, and at Metropolitan Family Services, where she provided direct respite care for clients with mental illness. Her experience also includes respite programs and the effects of psychotropic drugs.

Kramer helps people of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues; and parents who are striving to better communicate with their children and teenagers. She also has experience working with families addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, and grief/loss.

She strives to help people become aware of their strengths, and empower them to find happiness in all aspects of their lives. Kramer works primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also uses a variety of methods depending on the needs of the client.

Kramer received her master’s in social work from Aurora University and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and being outdoors when the weather is nice.
