A therapist at TriCity Family Services since 2015, Kelly Horn is currently the coordinator of its Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for Eating Disorders Program, as well as the co-supervisor for the intern training program. She also participates in the agency’s Wilderness Challenge Program every June.
Horn enjoys working with people of all ages and particularly enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and families. She specializes in working with individuals and families with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder. In addition, Horn works with clients who are suffering with anxiety and depressive disorders. Her approach to therapy is building a strong therapeutic relationship and encouraging clients to be active participants in healing. She believes in listening to everyone’s story with empathy and curiosity and helping clients navigate the challenges they face on their journey.
Horn grew up in Geneva and still lives in the area. She enjoys being outdoors, discovering new places in the TriCity area, and spending time with her family and her dog, Penny.
Kelly has a master’s degree in social work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
