Isabella Moretti

Izzie Moretti graduated from Adler University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy in 2022. After finishing her degree, she continued at Adler University to obtain a certificate in Sex Therapy.

While in school, Izzie completed a year-long internship with TriCity Family Services in 2022 and is now a full-time therapist here. Outside of community mental health, Izzie has additional experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents diagnosed with mood, anxiety, and trauma-and-stress-related disorders in a residential treatment setting.

Izzie is most passionate about supporting sexual and spiritual trauma survivors in exploring and reclaiming these components of their identity so that they can live authentically and flourish relationally. She combines skill-based approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with self-exploration through art therapy and narrative therapy to promote personal growth and change unhelpful patterns. She views therapy as a collaborative process that should always be client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based.

In her free time, Izzie enjoys painting, swing dancing, nature walks with her dog, and spending time with her family and friends.
