Employee Assistance Programs are benefits sponsored by your employer that provide professional guidance and assistance to help identify practical solutions for everyday problems.
The programs provide free, voluntary, and confidential assistance to employees and their family members who are experiencing some type of personal or work-related problem. Their purpose is to support and motivate employees to proactively deal with personal concerns before those concerns affect job performance.
Our EAPs are designed to help identify and resolve productivity or behavior problems associated with employees’ personal concerns, and reduce the chance that future problems will negatively affect employees’ lives and work.
TriCity Family Services offers employee assistance services in two different ways: through traditional Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Contracts, and through our unique a la carte Employer Assist Program.
Services include individualized counseling and coaching, mediation, critical incident response and support, WorkLife consultation services, and courses provided through our Training Institute.
