Manager of Office Operations

Full-Time Opening

TriCity Family Services, a private not-for-profit community mental health center, is seeking a manager of office operations. Serving as a member of the agency’s management team, the manager of office operations assumes primary responsibility for 1.) developing and implementing office policies/procedures, and providing for both the human and technical resources necessary to ensure efficient and effective office operations, and 2.) facility management and safety; 3.) developing, producing, and disseminating the agency’s external and internal service delivery/productivity reports; 4.) coordinating the agency’s ongoing Maintenance of Accreditation and Reaccreditation efforts; 5.) maintaining the agency’s operating and administrative manuals, and 6.) managing agency’s Management Information System/Electronic Medical Records. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and advanced organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma and at least five years secretarial/office management experience, with supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic
  • Advanced organizational skills

Performance Requirements

  • Coordinates work flow from administrative and clinical staff to secretarial staff
  • Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises reception staff, and medical assistant and secretary positions
  • Manages the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the agency’s Management Information System/Electronic Medical Records
  • Fulfills statistical reporting needs for both the agency and outside funding sources
  • Oversees the day-to-day facility needs of the agency, conducts routine safety inspections, and arranges for maintenance and repair, as needed
  • Obtains bids, manages, and oversees all building-related projects at both the Geneva and St. Charles locations
  • Manages all facility contracts and obtains new bids to ensure appropriate pricing and additional cost savings
  • Responsible for all IT-related needs
  • Monitors accrediting agency website on a quarterly basis for standard updates and informs appropriate staff of any pertinent updates
  • Serves as site coordinator for agency reaccreditation process (every four years) and assumes a lead role in the coordination of agency’s reaccreditation
  • Facilitates regular meetings of clerical staff
  • Provides for the ordering of office supplies and for the purchase and maintenance of office equipment
  • Responsible for all new staff training in the areas of the email, MIS system, and the telephone system

Education

Clinical Therapist

Full and Part-Time Openings | LCSW, LCPC, LMFT preferred

Seeking behavioral health professionals to join clinical team in Geneva. The ideal candidate is eager to join a mid-size practice and will play an integral role in providing assessment, individual and family outpatient therapy to a varied caseload.

Qualifications

  • Licensure in the State of Illinois
  • LCSW, LCPC, LMFT preferred (LSW, LPC, AMFT considered)

  • Sound knowledge of the behavioral dynamics of individuals and groups
  • Working knowledge of DSM V
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Performance Requirements

  • Conducts integrated assessment, linkage, and referral services to both prospective and current agency clients, including Family-Based Treatment for Eating Disorders clients, as appropriate
  • Provides counseling services to individuals, families and groups which includes crisis intervention, stabilization and case management services to at-risk youth and their families
  • Participates in community presentations
  • Clinical supervision towards secondary professional licensure
  • Conducts diagnostic assessments and prepares written summaries
  • Participates in networking efforts with other area service providers

Education

Master’s degree in a mental health discipline (Required)

Eating Disorder Therapist – Part-Time

Seeking experienced behavioral health professional to provide assessment, individual and family outpatient therapy to a varied caseload. Position is primarily providing treatment to children, adolescents and their families. Some crisis intervention.

Education | Skills

Master’s degree in mental health discipline with interest in working with eating disorders in an outpatient mental health setting. Licensure preferred (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT), bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
