TriCity Family Services and signWhen you call us

When you call TriCity Family Services during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday 9am-9pm, and Friday 9am-5pm), your call will be promptly answered by a friendly and compassionate front-desk receptionist. You will be asked to provide a general description of the issues you are facing, your basic contact information, and the best time and method of reaching you. This preliminary call will take only a few minutes.

Within 1 to 2 business days, our intake coordinator will contact you directly to continue the intake process. You will be asked to provide additional information about the needs you have and the services you are seeking, a family and medical history, your insurance information (if applicable) and your availability for scheduling counseling sessions. To ensure that we can provide you with the best service and match you with the best therapist for your needs, this call may take 20 to 40 minutes. At the completion of this call, you will know which therapist you will be seeing and you will have scheduled your first session.

Clients who are eighteen years of age or older must contact TriCity Family Services personally to provide intake information and to schedule appointments. Clients under the age of eighteen may have their parents or guardians provide this information.

Spanish speakers who call TriCity Family Services will be transferred to a special voicemail system where they can leave their contact information. A Spanish-speaking intake coordinator will then contact them within 1 to 2 business days to continue the intake process. TriCity Family Services is proud to offer therapy services in Spanish.

For your safety, if you are facing a crisis situation, please call 911 immediately.
